Since its Philadelphia debut, Double Knot has been celebrated for bold sushi, sashimi, and robatayaki, paired with inventive cocktails and sake. From restaurateur Michael Schulson, the Midtown location offers a bi-level experience that blends lively social energy with focused dining across two thoughtfully designed floors. Upstairs, the sushi bar and cocktail bar set the tone; below, The Amber Room hosts the robatayaki grill and a second bar that carry the same spirit. Together, the two floors offer guests a seamless journey from one experience to the next, while creating a more intimate atmosphere below.
